This is a compact mounter which can be installed on both sides of the conveyor and it allows for high speed chip shooting. Its installation does not change the usual length of the line. The productivity of this high speed chip shooter is raised by this compact mounter. The mounter handles large components such as ICs and it has a low 1,400mm height



This mounter in after process of high speed chip shooting for large components such as ICs up to 70mm. It places components 7-70mm (external dimension) by simultaneous recognition of 2 components by independent 2 heads and 2 recognition cameras. And additional high magnification camera (optional) enables placement of QFP in 0.3mm pitch and CSP. Auto width adjustment of conveyor is standard unit.
