Head pitch is adjustable and set according to components and it makes simultaneous pickups from tray. It also corresponds the package of 1005 chip to CSP, uBGA as next generation package. All 4 heads are independent servo drive and make high accuracy and high production. Auto width-adjustment of conveyor is standard unit.
