FRAME

  • Robust construction in stainless steel equipped with safety hood and sliding glass on the front and rear side to allow an easy access to all the machine units
  • The frame includes two exhaust stacks (diameter 150 mm) with adjustable dumper
  • The bottom panels are completely made in stainless steel and they are easily removed for cleaning.

FLUX UNIT

Standard Features

  • High density polyethylene (HDPE) tank suitable for water soluble or rosin based fluxes
  • The unit is adjustable in height

  • Adjustable air knife with independent needle valve for regulation

PREHEATER UNIT - Composed by 2 independent sections :

Section 1

  • IR panel, 4,5 KW· Heating tunnel
  • Emitter with ceramic-glass surface at high efficiency
  • Emitter wavelength : 4.5 um (emission occurs only in perpendicular direction to the PCB)
  • Temperature sensor : J-type thermocouple fixed in contact with the lower side of the emitter
  • Warm-up time : 15 Min.

Section 2

  • Same as Section 1 and mounted on the same frame

CONVEYOR UNIT

Standard features

  • Aluminum extruded hard anodized rails, 2470 mm long. Each rail is mounted on two sliding supports to compensate for any thermal expansion.
  • Two noiseless chains running smoothly in appropriate guides. Each chain has a special tensioning device to compensate the thermal expansion of the chain and relevant rail
  • DC motor, 120W/2000 rpm equipped with incremental encoder for a perfect closed loop control of the speed connected to a proper controller equipped with short circuit and overload protection
  • Adjustable speed from 0 to 300 cm/min.
  • Adjustable angle form 3 to 7 with step of 30' by hole-pin system
  • Conveyor elevation and lowering adjustment by pneumatic servo control with safety lock
  • Conveyor assembly can be lifted up by a single rod double-acting cylinder with decelerator for solder pot maintenance and cleaning
  • Maximum component height : 100 mm

SOLDERING UNIT
